We know that whole school training is essential to ensure ULS is delivered with fidelity across your school. Our cost effective whole school training can be delivered online or face to face. It also entitles you to three additional training places during the year if you have new members of staff and for your phonics leader to attend the ULS Phonics Leader Network.

Our CPD offers supports schools to further develop their expertise in early reading. This includes development for Phonics Leaders and support to deliver interventions for your lowest 20% of pupils.
Bespoke Support
We are able to create bespoke CPD programmes to meet the needs of every school.
